Parent Canvas Accounts Now Active
Meal Applications
We highly encourage all parents to complete the meal applicaiton for their student. Meal applications have to be completed every year. The TUSD meal application can be found here...
Annual Title 1 Meeting Agenda
Magee Parents,
Come to our Annual Title 1 Information presentation that will take place prior to the Open House event. The meeting will take place in the cafeteria. The agenda is linked above.
Laptops Coming!
Magee did not issue laptops to students yet. Students are able access them in their Reading classes, but they have not been assigned to any individual student.
We are anticipating getting new laptops (yay!) from the district in the next few weeks. For this reason, we did not want to expend time checking individual devices out and then checking them back in.
We will let parents know when the new laptops have arrived and we begin checking them out to students.
Student Code of Conduct
We encourage parents to become familiar with the TUSD student code of conduct. The code was revised this past June after several months of input from stakeholders.
Site Council Members Needed!
Site Council Members Needed!
Parent Site Council Sign Up Link
Parents! Be a part of the Magee School Site Council. In accordance with district policy, we will meet once per quarter. Meetings are after school via Zoom.
If you are a part of the Site Council as a certified staff member, you are eligible for the facilitator position which carries a stipend.
Parent Volunteers
Now is a great time to get a jump on the TUSD volunteer application. This mandatory check ensures that parent volunteers who work with students are eligible. There is no cost to the parent.
Student Handbook
The student handbook will be distributed at the schedule/laptop pickup day. You can get a sneak peek here online!
Cafeteria Meals
Learn more about your child's meals and how to sign up for a free or reduced priced lunch. You can find out more from the flyer below.
Picture Day Rescheduled-September 8th
Reminder: Picture day is September 8th. Pictures will be taken during their Science class. Look sharp and dapper Roadrunners!
Revised Student Code of Conduct in Effect
We want parents and community members to be aware of the revised TUSD Student Code of Conduct that the school is using. The Governing Board approved the revised student code after months of community input. You can find the Code of Conduct at the link below:
