LIM Weekly - Leadership Notebook Sharing Grade Level Examples
This was an awesome reminder with some great resources, especially just having MMD Walkthroughs - this would be powerful and great to see when doing some Positive Pop-Ins as well! #Accountability
“Want to see my Leadership Notebook?” We hear this question all the time when we visit schools—and we love it! Seeing students excited about their Leadership Notebooks and taking ownership of their learning is what Leader in Me is all about. If you are curious as to what these conversations may look like, well, then these videos are for you!
We sat down in four different schools and simply pressed “record” as students at each grade level (K-5, Middle School, and High School) shared their Leadership Notebooks with us.
Note that our role in these video samples is “listener”. They aren’t dialogues, with questions, encouragements, and expressed belief in potential, like we’d expect in a Student-Led Conference. We simply listen while students share.

Non-tenured teachers should set up their summative evaluation meeting with their assigned administrator during the week of February 25th.
