EDMS Community COVID19 UPDATE
March 23rd, 2020
As we enter Week 2 of our 'new normal' we hope this finds you doing healthy and well as we practice social distancing and staying inside. As you know, ALL MDUSD SCHOOLS CONTINUE TO BE CLOSED UNTIL APRIL 13th after Spring Break. During this time students and families can access instructional resources and classwork through their individual teacher's Google Classrooms. A list of all the Google Classroom codes by teacher and period can be found here. Please look for each of your teachers and the period you have the class. Please send an email to your teacher(s) if you are unable to get into their Google Classroom. Please continue to check back often throughout the closure. If you cannot get online due to not having a device please see below about how to check out a Chromebook.
Current updates from our district can be found here as well as a list of resources for parents can be found here. We completely understand that these are difficult and unprecedented times we are in. We are here to support our students and families as best we can through these times. Please be diligent in checking your email and our school website to ensure you have the most current information.
MDUSD Food Services are continuing to provide meals for families that need them from 11:00-12:30 at El Dorado. Please see the flyer below for more information.
*If you know of someone who does not receive this newsletter, have them visit our school website here and fill in their email address to subscribe to it.
Do you need a Device?
We will be distributing devices in front of the school at the same time as we are distributing food. Please just let someone in the bus circle that you need to pick up a Chromebook as well. You will need to complete a check out form before receiving the device.
