Flu shots

The Health Department will be here on Thursday, October 14th in the Storm Center to administer the flu shots to those who turned in their flu shot forms.

As a reminder, when students are absent, he or she must provide a parent excuse or medical excuse when they return to school. The parent note or medical note can be turned in to Mrs. McCoy in the attendance office. If students know they are going to be absent, they must communicate with their teachers to make up their missed assignments or assessments.

The last issue we are dealing with regarding attendance is student tardiness to school. If students arrive to school after 8:30, they MUST sign-in through the attendance office.

For more detailed attendance information, please visit our student handbook at

Ms. Boyer, our Work-Based Learning Coordinator, has created a job posting board for students. Please use the following link to access the job board:

PLEASE drive slowly and carefully while on our campus. We have construction taking place, but more importantly, we have many students and staff members on campus and their safety is of most importance.

*Please do not park in front of the Storm Center to wait on students for pick-up because this blocks the buses...thanks.
