Benedick and Beatrice
These two were at each other's throats ever since the beginning. They were always teasing each other every chance they got. We later find out that this is all a cover up of their true feelings for each other since both of them sore that they wouldn't marry anyone.
Claudio and Hero
After hearing the rumor of Hero being unfaithful, Claudio confronts her. This hurts her reputation. Leonato and Friar decide to make the situation look like Claudio killed Hero with his accusations. When they reveal this news to him, he is saddened by it and willing to do anything to make it up to her.
