Side salad

For your side and 3 of the 5 food groups will be the salad. It will contain cabbage, cheese (shredded), and apples.

Main Course

That was the salad for the side of the fruits, vegetables, and dairy. Now we will move onto the main course.

Chicken

The chicken is for the meat/poultry part of the meal. The chicken will be the main course of the meal. How you will cook the chicken is by doing this:

1) you take out the chicken and cut off excess parts and then wash and dry the chicken

2) spray the pan with grilling spray

3) pre-heat to medium

4) place chicken on pan

5) after 30 minutes coat with barbecue

6) after 40 minutes cut into a small part of it and if it looks whitish-grayish then it is done
