Welcome Back!!!

Congratulations on surviving C Term and get excited because spring is almost here!!! We have some awesome classes and events happening in D Term so read below to find out whats going on!

Officer Applications are due tomorrow and we still have a few positions that need applicants. Please consider running yourself or encouraging a friend to run. The link to the Techsync form is below:



Zumba is a Latin-Inspired, dance fitness class that 15 million are participating in world-wide. Come have fun and be fit with student instructor Liz Desjardins.


Saturdays March 28th , April 11th and 25th @ 11 in the dance studios.


Yoga is a mixture of breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of special bodily postures. Come relax and be fit with student instructor Lexi Sturgis. If you have a yoga mat please bring it with you.


Wednesdays March 25th , April 8th and 22nd @ 6pm in the dance studios.

Circuit Training

Join student coach, TD O'Brien for group training. All equipment and instruction will be provided.


Sundays April 12th , 19th and 26th @ 11 on the mondo courts.


Insanity is a high-intensive training. Come push your limits with the support of others.


EVERY Friday @ 4 in the dance studios.

* Stay tuned for dates when a Insanity instructor will come and provide live classes!

Incentive Program Celebration

Monday, March 23rd, 8pm

4th Floor Meeting Rooms Rec Center

This celebration is for all those involved in the C Term incentive program, raffle prizes will be awarded during this event.
