Why I believe the 9th Amendment is the most important.
All those other rights...
The reason why I believe that the 9th Amendment is the most important is because there are really too many rights to be contained in a single list. If we were to try to put every right down on paper, it would either go on infinitely, or some right would inevitably be left out. I see the 9th Amendment as a catch-all, safety net. Just in case we were to miss a right that should be included, we have the 9th Amendment to catch it and make sure that the people are not deprived of that right. Just because it isn't specifically listed, doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
