Important Information
TCE Book Fair
Our Book Fair will be open Monday, November 10th - Friday, November 14th during the school days AND on Friday, November 14th from 4:00-7:00 pm prior to PTO Movie Night!
Students may bring in money and purchase books during our class library time. Our class will shop the Book Fair on Tuesday, 3:05-3:35 p.m. If you choose to send in money for your child to shop, send it in a clearly marked envelope with your child’s name as well as my name on it. You are welcome to sign in at the office and shop with your child as well.
**You must have a background check on file in the office if you wish to shop during the school day with your child. You also must complete the anti-bullying training by watching this video from HSE’s website:http://www.hse.k12.in.us/ADM/parents/volunteering.aspx.**
You can also shop the Book Fair Online starting from now until November 19th! Just visit http://bookfairs.scholastic.com/homepage/thorpecreekelem. Thank you for supporting the library and reading in our school!
Thank you to families who have allowed their kiddos to bring in change to raise money for class read alouds I will purchase at the Book Fair! Learning Clubs are "competing" against each other to see who can bring in the most money. Tuesday is the final day to send in your donations. Thank you for letting your kiddos dig through those couch cushions! :)
