Zumba Classes

Join us for Zumba everyday at noon in the gym!


Zumba- is a dance fitness program created by Columbian dancer and choreographer Alberto Perez during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and areobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip hop,soca, samba, salsa ,merangue and mamba. Squats and lunges are also included.

The class

This class is to promote fun exercising habits here at United Tribes. We want you to have a great time exercising. This is not an ordinary work out class but it is also fun as well.

The Class will be held at noon hour in the Gym and welness building.

Times from noon to one.

Open to everybody on campus.
