is created by giving out any body movement that is produced by the skeletal muscle that also requires energy. This includes

and along with a proper nutrition, is beneficial to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

Physical activity provides long-term health benefits which includes a good constant wieght, having stonger muscles, reduces fat, promotes strong bone and joint development, condition in the heart and lungs, will build overall stength and endurance, improves sleep, which does increase your energy and self-esteem, relieves stress and increases your chances of living a longer life.

The cons of not being physically active

With the United States alone a significant amount of people have increased in being obese. One third of adults (33.8%) and approximately 17% (12.5 million) of children are obese. Being obsese can have its risk and can also bring finicial and national economic implications.

Other cons of not being physically active is that you are at more risk of high blood pressure and cholesterol, stokes, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.

Why should i be physically active for 60 minutes a day? What's in it for me?

The reason into which why you should be physically active is for better health benefits overall. With a constant exercise and/ or movement your life may just extend.
