He was President Eisenhower's assistant. He helped with Cold War tactics. He developed the "open skies" plan, the Atoms for Peace Plan and the Aswan Dam Program
Assumed presidency during the Cold War. He developed the Brinkmanship Policy. This policy would allow the U.S. to almost go to war to stop communism.
As leader of the USA he made the decision to drop the bomb on Japan. He wanted to take over nations around the world and contain any communist roads.
