Activity #1: Cougar Pride Celebration

You will continue to work on your artwork for A Butterfly Called Hope. You will have approximately 20 minutes to work on this.

You will analyze poems and structural elements of poetry!

Activity #3: "Habits of the Hippopotamus"

You will follow the directions listed in the presentation and submit your paper in Seesaw.

Activity #4: Reading A-Z Kids - Independent Reading Time

You will read from the assortment of poetry titles in your Raz-Kids bookshelf for a minimum of 20-30 minutes. During which, you will respond to the questions below for each poetry book read.


Create a new note in the Reading Folder in Seesaw, so you can answer the following questions.

  • Activity #5: iStation Minutes

    You will use iStation for 20 minutes to practice reading skills, strategies, and personal enrichment.


    You will show Mr. Jones your minutes to prove this work was completed.
