Chocolate Sale Money is Due Today May 3rd!

The chocolate sale fundraiser has ended and the final payment is due today May 3rd. If you have not already submitted your chocolate money, please do so to make sure your student does not miss out on the prizes beginning this Thursday. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and for your support with the fundraiser! This fundraiser helps provide funds for many great programs for our school all throughout the year such as the ones listed below.

Year books are still available for purchase although you will be responsible for shipping since the deadline has passed. Add your photos from your computer, Facebook, or phone and share them with your classmates to include in their personal pages. Make sure that you create and purchase separate yearbooks for each of your children to avoid a double purchase of the same yearbook.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for new chair members and volunteers willing to serve on several upcoming committees including: School Dance, Yearbook, High Five Fridays, Healthy Lifestyles, Reflections, and many more that will help benefit our school and students as we end our year and prepare for the next. If you are unable to volunteer in person and would like to help in other ways, we would be happy to accept donations of paper, supplies, concessions, contest prizes, local business donations, or any other contribution you are available to provide.
VIPS Background Check and Volunteer Hours

Please log your hours and show what great support we have at Shady Oaks! Please make sure your VIPS background check is up to date. The HEB Volunteer Luncheon is this Friday May 6th at 11:30am at the First Baptist Church Euless.
