Nuts and Bolts

  • Teachers please update the pictures you have in the drive. You can create folders within your teacher folder if you want to. This is where the tech committee will download the pics for the tv. To do this go to the SWECC STAFF drive > SWECC photos > 15-16 > Each teacher has a file for their photos.
  • We have had lots of questions regarding the cold temperatures and going outside. If it is a feels like temperature of 20 degrees or below you may not go outside. If it is higher than this but still cold, going outside should be determined by the teacher/team going outside.
  • Please be sure to make an effort not to be gone on the following dates unless a serious illness comes over you as there are huge trainings on these days and the district needs all the subs they can get:

January 11, 12, 14, 15

February 8, 9, 10, 11

March 7, 8, 10, 11

April 4, 5, 6, 7

May 20

  • ABOSOLUTELY no resting can occur in the PAT visit room. If you need to chill you may use the lounge or Lisa Dirking's little room next to her office.
  • Also if you are needing to use the restroom in the PAT visit room please walk around to the bathroom by using the far left hand side of the room so that you don't walk by the doors of the rooms as this interrupts the visit. Thank you!
  • LAMINATOR-As soon as you see the sticker that indicates the end of the roll please tell Sasha or Derek as soon as you see it!
