Kennedy Parent Newsletter
September 2020
Off to a GREAT Start
Free meals: Fargo Public Schools received a grant to provide all students FREE breakfast and lunch. If you would like meals on your distance learning days (days at home learning), you will need to preorder the meals a week in advance. The link will for this is below.
COVID-19: As we move forward, it is important for you to monitor your child (and others who live in your home) for COVID-19 related symptoms. We ask that you call your primary healthcare provider for further instructions and get a test for active COVID-19 infection. STAY HOME until the test results are received. Please call the Kennedy attendance number (446-4206) if your child is ill or has an appointment.
My hope will be that we return to a "new normal" (a level 4) when we can all be face-to-face. When we do this, we will still have precautions, such as masks, hand washing/sanitizing, and social distancing. The decision regarding what level we are will be made every 2 weeks. (The next meeting is September 21st.)

No Visitors Due to COVID-19 and our attempt to slow the spread, we are not allowing visitors in the building. If you are picking up your child during the school day, please call the office (701-446-4200) and we will send your child out and sign them out for you. | Wear a Mask Masks must cover the nose and the mouth. Students were provided one mask by Fargo Schools. Please wash them. If your child forgets their mask, they should come to the office for a mask. | Wash hands Frequently washing hands with soap and warm water is the best way to stop the spread of COVID-19. We also have sanitizing stations located throughout the school. |
