Mental Health Resources
The NJ Alliance of Family Support Organizations has a lot of resources geared toward supporting individuals with mental health throughout NJ. Every county has a Family Support Organization that is a families helping families model. The site provides links to several other mental health organizations in New Jersey as well.
MentalHealthFirstAid.org provides training throughout the United States that is available to anyone interested in the training. I believe it is funded through the Mental Health Association of New Jersey for our state. There are several virtual and in person training options for May.
