Updates to the 2020-21 Calendar
On Thursday, September 3, SD74's Board of Education members reached a full consensus on moving forward with seven additional half days for staff professional development throughout the 2020-21 school year. This professional development will help provide staff with time and resources in order to make sure the school experience is effective for all students, both in-person and remote. The following days will be added to the 2020-21 calendar as half days:
October 9
November 13
January 8
February 5
March 12
April 9
May 14
Each of these days falls on a Friday. Official board action to approve the addition of these seven days will take place on October 1, 2020.
Vacancies: Facilities Committee & Finance Committee
SD74's Facilities Committee & Finance Committee each have vacancies. Applicants must be a resident of Lincolnwood. If interested, please send your resume to Scott Anderson, Board President, at sanderson@sd74.org. Transition to In-Person Learning or Remote Learning
If your child is currently remote learning and you would like to have them transition to in-person learning, the deadline to notify your child's school is Friday, September 11. If your child is in-person learning and you would like to transition to remote learning, please reach out to your homeroom teacher and they will assist you.

Daily Self-Certification
If you do not receive your daily self-certification email from the District at 7:30 p.m., please visit www.sd74.org. The form is displayed in the front right section of the website. Please be reminded that this form is due by 7:30 a.m. each morning for students reporting to school in-person. Remote learners do not need to complete this form.
