From the Principal

The Munhall staff are so excited to welcome in our Mustangs on Wednesday for the first day of school! All of our staff members have been working extremely hard to ensure an amazing start to our 2022 - 2023 school. I personally can't wait to begin to develop relationships with all of you and your children.

  • Class lists went live on HAC yesterday at 8:00 am. Please continue to reach out to me if you have any questions regarding this process.

  • Breakfast will be offered this year at Munhall. It will be of the grab and go style and students will eat in their classrooms. In addition, lunch will be offered for our students as well. Depending on your eligibility, students may receive free or reduced breakfast/lunch. For others, meals need to be paid for. Both breakfast and lunch will be charged to your Pushcoin account. Parents/Guardians will need to add money to your children's Pushcoin wallet for breakfast and/or lunch.

  • Please take time to fill out our transportation form. This will support our team with ensuring our students are leaving Munhall the correct way. Munhall Transportation Assignment

  • As a reminder, our backpack night is Monday, August 8 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Please do the best you can to follow our schedule. In addition, just a friendly reminder that this is the best time for students to bring their supplies. 22/23 Backpack Night

  • Our first day of school is Wednesday, August 10th. Students should arrive no earlier than 7:45 am. Please remember our first day arrival procedure will be different than any other day. The information below is an outline of what that first day will look like:

1st - 5th grade students will meet their classroom teachers on the blacktop area on the east side of the building. Look for your teacher’s sign. Additional staff members will be present to connect students with their teachers.

Kindergarten students will meet their teachers on the blacktop area by the Purple Playground on the south side of the building. Additional staff members will be assigned to meet our newest Mustangs at their buses and drop off lanes and walk them to their teachers.

Parents are welcome to accompany their students to the blacktop area on this first day. Teachers and students will enter the building at 8:05am.
