Math:
I can know that numbers have hundreds, tens, and ones place value.
I can read and write numbers - base tens
Reading:
I can know different types of text features to find information.
Spelling/Phonics:
I can know and read closed and open syllables.
I can decode words with suffixes.
Writing:
I can write a about events from my experiences using the words I and my. (Narratives)
Social Studies:
I can know what citizenship is through learning about famous people and everyday citizens.
I can tell why it is important for citizens to have a role in the community.

2. Please also remember the following assignments will be moved to daily homework expectations:

3. Progress Reports:
Progress reports will be sent home this week. Please plan to come to school on Thursday, Sept. 17th or Friday Sept. 18th to pick up your child's progress report and weekly learning packet. After reviewing the report, sign the envelope and return to the envelope to school.
