Dismissal
Plan in place at beginning of the year, but due to various concerns, holding areas have moved, etc, the question is what do we want that to look like now?
Everyone is expected to be on duty in the afternoon somewhere. In order to reduce the chaos and ease stress, Patriot Patrol students in Before/After School will help by holding doors while Bishop/Jones/Allen/Neely monitor students loading busses. First and Kindergarten teachers will monitor students as they walk to the bus. When available, EC will assist.

Fall 2016 Book Fair Financial Report
Total Fair Sales (Excluding Tax) - $6658.90
- Books given to students - $153.70 (paid for with Scholastic Dollars balance)
Cash Profit $1664.62 (To be used for Media Collection Development)
Sales were down 32% compared to Fall 2015, thus the highest cash profit we could earn is down $313.02 from last Fall. Therefore, we decided to take all the profit we earned in cash rather than splitting it between cash and Scholastic Dollars which must be spent in the Scholastic Resource Catalog. They do not offer many library bound books, so the cash will be used with other vendors.
