Gather and use valuable student data to inform your classroom practice.

Hey GBE!
In the back teacher’s lounge there is a box full of supplies for your classrooms! Pens, dry erase markers, Kleenex, and more! This is a love offering from my church, so if it gets low on something or there is something you need, let me know and I’ll get it there! Our church’s mission is to connect with the schools and help where they can, so there’s boxes like these at all of our schools from North Park to East Park and everywhere in between!

Reminders and To Do's:

- Playground for afternoon recesses will follow this schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Kickball will be played and NO Soccer. Tuesday and Thursday- Soccer will be played and NO Kickball. We hope this will assist in supervision needs and some issues we've had pop up at these competitive sports during recess. AM Recesses are determined by Teachers on duty.
- I will be trying to drop in on Team Planning times at least one time a month to check in and see where each team is at with the pacing.
- Check the calendar and invites for Math Meetings with Mrs. Stoddard.
- Once your team completes a full data teaming in Math or Reading for the Quarter share this doc with me.
- I do have access to all Math Summative Sheets-- in a file share by Mr. Bailey. As you meet to data team and review do include me in those notes and invites.
- Remember Formative and Summative data is vital to be reviewed and discussed in a timely manner then giving feedback to those students in the same fashion. Otherwise it is meaningless. Be sure your teams are following this mantra with assessments.
