PTO DUES
Not sure if you paid your PTO dues this year? Sign-in to PushCoin, click on statements on the left, adjust start date to 04/01/19, select student from the dropdown if necessary. If paid, you will see a $25 fee for Bell Graham - 2019-2020 PTO. The $25 PTO Fee is per family. Any questions, contact Heather Trask . A perk as a dues paying member is access to our online Directory Spot App.
Students' information will be listed in the directory unless you have selected the boxes on registration on Home Access Center. To check if you have selected to be EXCLUDED, sign in to HAC, click on registration and look at the FERPA box at the bottom. If you see any checkmarks, your student will be excluded from the directory. You can edit to change that information. You would need to do this for each student you have. If you aren’t sure and would like to opt-out of having your child listed in our Directory, please send an email to bgeblast@gmail.com with the subject line as opt-out. Information is still being collected and directory will be published ASAP. For PTO dues-paying members, you will receive an email with login information from DirectorySpot.
From the Nurse
Hello BG families,
Below is the letter the district sent out regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). I want to assure you the district is staying up to date on the recommendations of the Illinois Department of Public Health. We continue to clean the school daily and are reminding the staff and students the importance of handwashing. We will continue to monitor the sick following district policy. You can do your part by keeping sick kids home. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to call me in the Health office. 331-228-2104
Dear District 303 Families,
The health and safety of our students is our top priority, so we want to share with you information that the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) has published for schools throughout the state.
The good news at this time is that the health risk to the general public from Coronavirus (COVID-19) remains low. Currently, the IDPH recommends schools hold classes and events as usual and follow routine cleaning and disinfecting procedures; no special measures are necessary.
The IDPH also recommends the best way to protect against Coronavirus is by taking the same everyday precautions against getting sick in general. These include:
- Washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
- Staying home when you are sick.
- Covering your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
- Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces.
To see the complete recommendations to schools from IDPH, please click here. We will continue to closely monitor recommendations regarding Coronavirus and will update you if there are any significant changes in recommendations for schools.
Thank you for your support in helping to keep our school community healthy.

Fingerprinting Protocol for Volunteers
ALL PARENT/GUARDIAN VOLUNTEERS:
District 303 has adopted a new protocol for volunteers. Please see the information below.
- Please complete the VLF AND Consent forms ASAP and return to the BG Office along with a copy of your Driver's License or State ID.
- Once we send the form to D303 HR and it is returned, we will contact you to pick up your Authorization Form, so you can make your appointment to be fingerprinted. D303 will waive the $40 if you follow this process.
- You can make an appointment through the following link. You must have the Authorization form in order to be fingerprinted.
- Once you have completed the form and the fingerprinting process, our D303 HR Dept. will notify us that everything is finalized.
- We will communicate this with you and your child's classroom teacher.
- In the case you have already been fingerprinted through the ROE (as a sub, or for any other purpose), please indicate that on the Consent form. We will confirm with HR that the status is still current and does not need to be repeated.
*The entire process takes 2-3 weeks to complete
