Expectations of Lesson
•Students will identify key characteristics of both healthy and unhealthy relationships.
•Students will be able to identify stressors that impact maintaining healthy relationships.
•Students will learn at least one mindfulness skill to help keep a healthy interpersonal relationship when dealing with stress.
Mindfulness
- Everyone experiences stress
- Practicing mindfulness can help you deal with stress by helping you focus on the present and letting you approach problems in a calm manner.

Respect & Communciation
ALL relationships should be based on a foundation of respect and communication.
This does not mean that relationships will always function without difficulties. In a healthy relationship problems are approached with respect and positive communication.

WHAT TO DO...
Report the incident to:

Why Report it:
- You and your fellow students have the right to feel safe in school.
What to Tell:
- What happened, Who was involved, When and Where it happened.
