Ballet is a great way to get in shape, improve flexibility, and target problem areas; all while learning and experiencing the art form. You can't get that in a gym.

*Participants may wear comfortable clothing of their choice. Ballet slippers are recommended, but not required.

Kate Evans
Kate Evans began her dance education at Westport Ballet in Kansas City, Missouri at the age of 8. In the mid 1990's she moved to Austin, Texas where she continued her studies at Austin Contemporary Ballet, and later at Tapestry Dance Company. In 2002, she received a BFA in Modern Dance from Texas Christian University. Upon graduation, Kate taught dance to children and adults at various venues in and around Austin. This year marks Kate's second season with Tapestry's non-professional adult company, Visions in Motion.
Kate Evans is an independent artist/teacher and is not a member of Tapestry Dance Company or the Academy.
