Principal Post

DuJardin students will head back to school in a "phased in" approach. The plan is to bring back Kindergarten and Self Contained Special Education students on September 28th and then students in grades 1-5 the following weeks. The following is the plan for the return of students in grades K - 5:

  • September 28 - Kindergarten and Self-Contained Special Education Students
  • October 5 - Grades 1, 2, and 3
  • October 13 - Grade 4 and 5
Several weeks ago before school began parents completed a survey to choose between in person or remote learning for their child(ren). An updated survey was sent to parents today in order to give parents a chance to change this decision if desired. The link to this survey is attached and is for Grades 1-5 students only. A different survey has been sent to kindergarten parents. Click on the link below and complete the survey only if a change to your original In person/Remote choice is desired. THis form is due by Monday, September 21st. There will be additional times to change your decision in November and again in March.

It is not safe to walk between cars and in front of oncoming traffic

For the safety of our parents and students, we ask that you do not park your car and walk your child through the parking lot to the door. It is not safe. There are two lanes of traffic; one that stops to drop/pick up students and the other a passing lane. It is hard to see parents and students walking between cars when someone is driving in the passing lane. We ask that you stay in your car and use the drop off line. And as always pull all the way up to the DuJardin sign on Euclid.
