Spring is Sprung

"Spring is sprung , the grass is ris. I wonder where the birdies is!'

How many times have we heard the first part of the poem? Trying to find out who to give credit to concerning this little poem or quotation, is not simple. It has been credited to Nash, Milne and even referred to as the Brooklyn National Anthem! Regardless, it sets off a train of thought that provokes many things...sunshine, renewal, warmer temperatures, flip flops, shorts, and longer days...

However, in education thoughts may turn in another direction~ only X amount of days until state mandated testing, excited students (excited to be outside instead of inside), and tired and overwhelmed educators.

Whatever your thoughts turn towards during this season, I hope you are able to take a few minutes to enjoy the sunshine on your face, spring showers and longer evenings.

Spring IS is officially here!
