congratulations to our january students of the month
The character trait for January is initiative/self-direction. Initiative is having the ability to assess and then taking necessary action. Initiative and self-direction are extremely important to employers. This means seeing what needs to be done and doing it, while using good judgement and requiring little supervision. Employers want problem solvers who can work on their own and demonstrate leadership abilities.
Congratulations to the following CMS students that have been recognized as Students of the Month.
