Ultimate Field Day, June 3!
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I am very pleased to provide an update on our plans for Monday, June 3rd - Ultimate Field Day. Superintendent Leone sent out a message a couple weeks ago informing all parents, students and staff about the event. However, I wanted to send a few important reminders.
First, please encourage your student to attend. It will be a fun day with lots of activities, food and games. I am confident everyone will have a great time. Second, please ensure your student applies a long-lasting sunscreen in the morning before they arrive. We are not permitted to provide sunscreen, so this is important. Lastly, please remember that there is no cost for field day. All food, snacks and activities are completely free.
We have ample amounts of water for students to stay hydrated and arranged for security as well. If for any reason there is a need for an early dismissal, please contact the main office as soon as possible to let us know. Any early releases will need approval from administration and must be accompanied by a note from a parent/guardian. Pick ups will be at the district house if needed since Wamogo Road will be closed for safety reasons.
Students - don't forget to wear your red Wamogo t-shirt!
I am very much looking forward to an exciting day.
Sincerely,
Sabin Loveland
