Online Tithe/Tuition

This year, all families are expected to move to online tithe/tuition. This is a safe, easy way to ensure your tuition is paid on time and kept up-to-date!

If you haven't signed up yet, you can do it this summer at:

Tithe: https://www.shelbygiving.com/g3/nu/

Tuition: https://parent.smarttuition.com/Default.aspx

If you need help with either of those online methods, please call Robin Lamb at the Parish Office for guidance. You can reach Robin at 453-0971 ext. 219, or at lambrobin@rocketmail.com.

Those families who have not registered for online giving will be given the opportunity to complete their registration at Back To School night on August 13. Computers will be set up and volunteers will be there to assist you!

2018-2019 Registration Fees

Just a reminder, all final registration fees will be due on August 6. If you'd rather make payments this summer, you can do that by mailing a check to:

St. Patrick School

1401 NE 42nd Terr.

Kansas City, MO 64116

Or, stop by the school or parish office to drop them off. You might want to call ahead to ensure someone will be in the office when you stop by.

Fund a Need: Gym Floor

This year, our "Fund a Need" will be dedicated to fixing and updating our gym floor. As you know, the current floor is in need of serious repair. In order to ensure we get the most affordable and smart deal, a committee has been formed to take on the research, organization, and fundraising for this task.

If you would like to be a part of the Gym Floor Committee, I invite you to attend our first meeting on June 13 at 6:00 pm in the school gymnasium. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at kcmon4@gmail.com.

Planners

For the upcoming school year, students in grades 3-8 will be required to purchase a planner. You can purchase one for $5.00 through the school at Back to School Night, or you can purchase your own. Either way, students in grades 3-8 will be learning how to properly utilize a planner this year, and parents will be expected to sign planners on a weekly basis.

The first weeks of school, teachers will focus on teaching effective usage of planners, and throughout the year, students will use planners to write when assignments are due, when tests will be held, when larger projects are due, and other important events. This will become a means for parents to know what is happening at school.

Why is this important? Read more about using planners here: https://www.thoughtco.com/using-student-planners-1857577
