THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
The Synergy Committee and Lighthouse Team want to thank EVERYONE for participating in Implementation Day Training! Hopefully all grade level teams were able to synergize to develop a list of 4 or 5 initiatives that they would like to implement this year! We've already seen lots of positive changes! OUR DUDLEY STAFF ROCKS!
Iain gave a GREAT answer in a complete sentence!

Rotary PowerPoint Presentation
Click the link below if you are interested in seeing the presentation Lisa and Allison gave at the Rotary Meeting. The Rotary provides many lunch buddy mentors, Career Cafe speakers for 4th and 5th grade, and our Backpack Weekend Food Program. We shared our Leader In Me initiative with them to increase community buy-in.
We are preparing a video and presentation for the School Board meeting on December 9th. We will be coming around to ask some students about the 7 habits and ways they are leaders at Dudley. Tell Allison if you have any ideas for the video or want to participate! :)
Mrs. Johnson had the AWESOME idea to use these badges for students using the 7 habits!

Friday, November 22nd is Dress for Success Day with a focus on "Be Proactive"
Everyone is invited to dress up! This is a great way for our kids to practice dressing professionally and to take pride in their learning. We will be focusing on being proactive. Please find ways throughout the day to model and use the "Be Proactive" language.
