To insure I have the best health every day I will remind myself that it harms my body by getting mad because it will release toxins. I will then keep calm from doing this.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by thinking ahead of time. If I think twice before something happens and remind myself what could happen it will go easier for me. What I will gain from that "pain" is strength, as the saying goes "No pain, No gain."
I am Who I am because of My Surroundings
I want to be happy from life, so I'm going to surround myself with people who are always happy.
