Everyday get at least 60 minutes of physical activity. There are many ways to stay active. Working out with a friend will always be easier and its more fun.

Stay Away from Fast Food

Don't Eat it!

Fast food is horrible for your body! They are loaded with calories. You might get persuaded by the commercials or billboards but don't buy it! It might taste good but think about what it does to your body. Once in a while is OK but not everyday.
