WHS Staff Update

WHS Goal Updates
The math window opens September 9th.
All students should participate in the Open Response in each class. If a student misses the Open Response due to an absence, at least one make-up attempt should occur in the class. After the first attempt, the teacher should then meet with Bob McLey to develop a make-up plan.
Math - Students enrolled in math courses took the BME Beginning of the year math assessment. All data should be collected and entered by Sept. 6th. Baseline data will be shared with all staff to analyze and develop an intervention plan.
Behavior - We had our first WeAreWEST Pizza drawing last week, recognizing four students who received a card for being Welcoming, Engaged, Safe and Trustworthy!
Teachers are being recognized by the Admin with the $1 #WhateverItTakes Bucks and by other staff with $5 #WhateverItTakes Bucks. Check out the bucks redemption list at the bottom of this newsletter.
