Weekly Bulletin - October 6, 2019
OCTOBER is the Month of the ROSARY!
October is dedicated to the Most Holy Rosary primarily because
October 7 is the feast day of Our Lady of the Rosary.
For the month of October students and staff are meeting in the chapel during first recess
to pray a Decade a Day reflecting on each of the Mysteries of the Rosary.
Thank you to Mrs. Baska for your leadership with this!
Thank you to Mrs. Mazure from the CWL who presented all Gr. 4's with their very own Rosary at our recent assembly. Thank you to our local CWL for their ongoing support.

ECS DACEY POLICE STATION FIELD TRIP!!
A GOOD DAY STARTS WITH A GOOD BREAKFAST!
According to Breakfast Clubs of Canada, "When children get a balanced meal in a positive, stimulating environment, there are marked improvements in behavior and concentration, academic performance, social skills, self-confidence, overall interest in subjects taught, and incidents of bullying."
Our program relies heavily on the generosity of community donors.
MONETARY DONATIONS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE.
SPARTAN TOUGH X-COUNTRY
Congratulations to all the Cross country runners who ran in the Spartan Tough race on Thursday. Our St. Pats runners showed that they were tough and had perseverance. Conditions were cold, muddy and wet and our runners braved those elements and completed the 2.2 km race crossing the finish line with muddy running up to their knees!
This was the last race of our cross country running season. We are very proud of how each of our students competed and most of all how they represented St. Patrick School with pride and respect at each event.
Run Happy,
Mr. Ernst & Mr. Doll
