From Mrs. Klumpp & Mrs. Block
We are excited to host our first community engagement night and book fair on February 15th. We will be serving pizza in the cafeteria from 5:00pm-6:00pm and then from 6:00pm-7:30pm our book fair will be in the library and community resources will be in the gym. We are looking forward to an evening full of family fun!
Our first graders are lucky to be the first group to see a play put on by the REV Theatre! The actors and actresses are putting on “The Boy Who Cried Wolf”. The REV Theatre will have shows through April so each grade level sees a show.
We are very proud of our caring cubs as they have been demonstrating ROAR each and every day! Students are taking responsibility for their learning and behavior. We are excited to celebrate this with our ROAR party coming up with a winter wonderland theme on February 17th! We will be going outside, so please remember to send in snow gear with your child on this special day, as well as any other day this winter for outside recess.
Jean Edouard completed the mural in our gymnasium, which resembles our students at Barry, in our district, and our community. This mural brings a sense of joy and diversity for all to look at while at Barry Primary.
We would like to share a reminder that our PTO meets on the third Wednesday of each month from 6:30pm-7:30pm in our library. There is a virtual option as well.
