Effects: The effects are severe they include 5-10 million deaths, diseases, and destruction of ecosystems the chemicals that can get into the water are: sulfur, asbestos, lead, mercury, nitrates, phosphates, and oil. The water plants make 70% of our oxygen so if the plants die so will we. Solutions:Water pollution harms many animals. It is one of the most concerned environmental problem.If you want to help you can pick up trash around water. Also do not put things in the water that do not belong there. Did you know that a car wash will take the water will go to a water filtration plant. Help stop water pollution.
