Morris Library Newsletter
October 2020
Hello everyone!
In September, we started hosting our Hispanic Heritage Month reading series on Google Meet every Thursday at 3pm. Please ask me or your teacher if you need assistance logging on next week. We will also continue holding the weekly readings for the rest of bridge academy.
In other news, we now have a handful of books available in our digital library classroom. Please join my class on Google Classroom using the following code: 7SRGYZR.
And if you join my Google Classroom, you will be signed up for the Book It! program. If you read 11 minutes each day, and we log your reading, with your parents permission you will receive a coupon for a free personal pan pizza! Email me if you have any questions!
We are also working on getting everyone a San Bernardino County Library card, which will allow you to access online tutoring, e-books, and many other great resources. Stay tuned!

POETRY CORNER
"Who Has Seen the Wind?" by Christina Rossetti:
Who has seen the wind?
Neither I nor you;
But when the leaves hang trembling
The wind is passing through.
Who has seen the wind?
Neither you nor I;
But when the trees bow down their heads
The wind is passing by.
