Happy Holiday
We want to wish a happy holiday to all of our families who are celebrating this Sunday. While we know this year is a little different, we hope you have a wonderful day with your families!
Memorial Day
Thank you to all of our families who have served or know someone who has served in the military. We enjoy many liberties each and every day because of their sacrifice. We are indebted forever to your service. Thank you.
Last Days this Week
We will still follow our district calendar. So there will be no remote learning on Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Also the last day of remote learning will be Thursday, May 28th. Then it will be summer break!
Family Focus Next Week
We will have our last weekly Family Focus newsletter next Sunday (May 31st), which will include more information regarding summer learning and moving forward.
Didn't Have a Chance to Pick Up Student Supplies?
Last week, we held our student supply pick up. If you were not able to come and would still like to pick up your child's belongings, please call the office at 708-598-5713 to arrange a time for pick up. If you do not want your child's belongings, please be sure to let your child's homeroom teacher know.
Student Chromebooks
Students will keep their chromebooks over the summer and bring them back in the fall. Please see a letter from our technology department for more information.
Did you order a Yearbook?
If you ordered a yearbook earlier in the year, the order should arrive at Oak Ridge by June 15th. Once we receive the yearbooks, we will contact all families who purchased one. If you ordered online recently and had it shipped to your home, it should be arriving shortly.
Did you order Art to Remember?
If you submitted an order, please know the company who handles purchasing is currently closed due to Covid-19. As soon as they open, they will begin fulfilling orders and contact our school. When your order is ready, our PTA will contact you on how you will receive your orders.
Parking Lot Parade Video
On Saturday, May 2nd, we held our parking lot parade at Oak Ridge where families and staff could see each other one last time before summer in a safe way. Check out our video of the parade!
OAK RIDGE Countdown
For the last 8 days of school, we are celebrating with various spirit days. Check out the theme for each day and join us as we finish a great school year!
