Big picture

PTO did what?!?

Have you seen the new water fountain and water bottle filling stations? The PTO, using the money our students and families helped raise, was able to purchase and install 2 of these gems. Located in the 1st grade and 5th grade hall you can bet they're getting plenty of use in this hot weather.

And that's just one of the many ways PTO helps our school.

Valuable Volunteers

All of our volunteers are amazing but this month we'd like to shout it out how much we appreciate our Wellness Team, they are the ladies behind our Bike to School Day events and other fitness related events.

Tami, pictured on the right, has been involved with the Wellness team on the PTO for 9-10 years! The thing she loves about working with the PTO is the flexibility to choose what activities to be involved with. She's been able to help with FitClub, provide fresh fruit to classrooms and help with teacher appreciation. "I really love Kruse, I am sad this is my last year." To stay active her family and her love travelling, exploring, and enjoying the sun and snow!

Natalie (left) has been working with the PTO and specifically the Fit Club for 7 years. Her favorite thing about being on the PTO's wellness team is working with kids that are learning to be active. Her and her family keep active skiing in the winter.

Thank you Tami and Natalie for volunteering with Kruse PTO!

Oct. 2nd is Custodian Appreciation Day

We have the best custodian team around!

  • Ron (left) and Buck (right) help keep the school running smoothly and clean!
  • Ron new to the team this year says his favorite thing about Kruse is how amazing the people are.
  • Buck has been serving out school for the last 5 years!

Thank you Ron and Buck for all you do for Kruse!

Next PTO meeting October 1st 6:30pm - 7:30 PM in the Library
