RETURNING TO LEVEL 1 LEARNING ON MONDAY
Since all students who are not remote will be returning to a 5 day/week schedule next week, I just wanted to remind all parents of the following:
If your child is sick and has:
1 major symptom such as a cough or loss of taste or smell
OR
2 minor symptoms such as a headache, chills, fever, muscle aches, fatigue, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
They must see a doctor and provide a note to clear them to return to school.
Masks will still be required, temperatures taken, hygiene measures continued and teachers will do their best to maintain physical distancing but it becomes more of a challenge with full classrooms. The new variant strains are being evaluated regarding degree of contagiousness among all age groups so though we are all growing leary of all the precautions, it's important not to let our guard down.
Thank you and stay well:) Nurse Lisa
