Leaving Early for Winter Break?
If your student will be leaving early for Winter Break, please let us know.
Make sure to fill out the Attendance Form for any absences or early releases.
If you will be gone multiple days, you do not need to fill out the form for each day, just put the date range in the additional notes section. Thank you!

The last time we did this, it was a hit and fun for the whole Rice Lake Community.

Yearbook Order Time!
Yearbooks are available for the 23-24 school year!
You can order yearbooks through Lifetouch and the cost is $20.
To order your yearbook click on the link below and fill out your student's information.
If you have pictures of your student in their extracurricular activities you can submit them for the yearbook. Just email non-professional pictures to yearbookrle@gmail.com. Please include the names of the Rice Lake students in the pictures. You can also submit any photos you have of school events.

Applications Now Accepted for Open Enrollment
Do you know of someone who lives outside the Centennial School District boundaries and is interested in attending our schools? Open enrollment applications for the 2024-2025 school year are being accepted. See the Centennial website for more information.
Make a Difference and Substitute in our Schools!
Don’t miss this chance to get involved and make a difference in the Centennial School District! No experience necessary; training provided!
Available positions:
• Substitute Teachers (To qualify, you must have bachelor’s degree with MN Teaching or Substitute License; you can obtain a Short Call License if you have a bachelor’s degree.)
• Substitute Paraprofessionals (To qualify, you must have a HS Diploma/GED.)

Community Education
Cougar Choir (gr. 3-5) Join us for this unique opportunity to be part of the Cougar Choir! Students will learn how to sing in a 2-part harmony using proper vocal technique, with a variety of music genres. We will hold a concert at the end of our session on April 4. Cougar Choir begins January 25 at Centennial Elementary.
