## Who were the people associated with the change?

## Johannes KeplerJohannes Kepler was a German mathematician. More like math magician, he was a genius when it came to math. He was also an astronomer. He identified the Earth and the planets orbit the Sun. He provided the world with knowledge of 3 fundamental laws of planetary motion. Likewise, he created the Kepler telescope as well. | ## CopernicusCopernicus suggested that the Sun was the center of the universe. During the Dark Ages of science, people thought that the earth was the center of the universe rather than the Sun. That theory was called the Geocentric Model. Copernicus later proved that this Model was faulty. He came up with his own theory. That was called the Heliocentric Model. After awhile, the people started to see that Copernicus was correct all along. | ## Isaac NewtonIsaac Newton discovered gravity when an apple fell off of a tree. He also changed math by putting the finishing touches of Greek mathematical proposition. You could also say that he was a math geek. He also took part in calculus, the 3 laws of motion, and a major one was the law of gravity. He was again a factor of many other things. |

## Johannes Kepler

*Johannes Kepler was a German mathematician. More like math magician, he was a genius when it came to math. He was also an astronomer. He identified the Earth and the planets orbit the Sun. He provided the world with knowledge of 3 fundamental laws of planetary motion. Likewise, he created the Kepler telescope as well.*

## Copernicus

*Copernicus suggested that the Sun was the center of the universe. During the Dark Ages of science, people thought that the earth was the center of the universe rather than the Sun. That theory was called the Geocentric Model. Copernicus later proved that this Model was faulty. He came up with his own theory. That was called the Heliocentric Model. After awhile, the people started to see that Copernicus was correct all along.*

## Isaac Newton

*Isaac Newton discovered gravity when an apple fell off of a tree. He also changed math by putting the finishing touches of Greek mathematical proposition. You could also say that he was a math geek. He also took part in calculus, the 3 laws of motion, and a major one was the law of gravity. He was again a factor of many other things.*

## How is that change evidenced in today's modern society?

*The theories, ideas, and hypothesis that were made by; Johannes Kepler, Copernicus, Galileo Galiei, and Isaac Newton helped the modern world's scientists and astronomers today.*
