Two Are Better Than One
A Message of Honor
E49 would like to thank Pastor Joseph Sissac and Center of Praise Church for rallying the community around a discussion regarding the recent law enforcement-involved tragedies. Our Director, Tammy Vallejo was invited to sit on a panel of speakers which also included the Sacramento PD, local chaplaincy, community leaders, and church leaders.
The panel gathered together Sunday, July 10th, at COP celebration services to initiate an open conversation on mending the relationship between police and the community. Tammy Vallejo addressed the topic of unity and understanding through the spirit of collaboration. The hope and focus of the gathering was to foster a culture of honor between God and man, between the church and the world, and within the community in which we live.

A Night Of Hope
Join us for a fun "Night of Hope" benefiting E49 Corporation and The Sacramento Kings Chaplaincy on October 24, 2016. We are so excited to offer a combined event for two great community organizations in partnership with the Sacramento Kings!
The evening will start with a Happy Hour Reception from 4:30 to 6:30 at the IMAX Theatre with beverages, appetizers, fun and documentary showings of "Two are Better than One". Arrive in your best black and white attire but be sure to wear your tennies so you'll be prepared for fun and games!

We will spend the rest of the evening celebrating the faith community, partnerships around the Sacramento Kings with Churches, Chaplaincy and E49. And there will be a little surprise for our own Scott Galbraith, Sacramento Kings Chaplain!
Tickets for the reception only are $50 (includes appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks).

Why Come To E49?
Malea Heim
Malea felt the call from the Lord towards mentoring and life coaching. In 2013, she began to lead a women’s group using 210project curriculum which helped the group discover the life God created them for.
Soon after the 210project, Malea partnered with Kendra Lamboy & Restoration Life Church to guide a group of twelve leaders of faith through a 2-year program called A League Of Their Own. Upon a biblical foundation and through a series of spiritual assessments, the women were able to see how they were uniquely made through Christ. The curriculum was designed to help the group grow in their walk with God to then lead their own group of twelve leaders.
Malea is now a Level II Trainer for Ministry Insights which allows her to train leaders in business and ministry to build healthy teams as well as to help established teams understand/appreciate each individual's gifting in order to strengthen their team. She is also the e49 coordinator for workshops that are designed to help participants discover their unique identities through biblical teachings and then form a life/ministry/career plan. She is currently finishing training through Life Purpose Institute to become a CLC (Certified Life Coach). Malea will be launching her coaching practice September 2016!

Housing & Mentoring
Housing & Hope is a collaborative approach to affordable housing and transitionally homeless challenges. The collaboration includes numerous local churches, E49 and M21.
M21 is a Social Purpose investment fund owned and operated by mission-based professionals that have established a niche in matching traditional real estate investment strategies with social impact.
Together we create an opportunity for investors to build their financial portfolio while at the same time mobilizing significant social impact in local communities focused on life transformation.

Worship Break
There will be no City Worship in July or August. We are taking the summer off to evaluate and plan for events in the fall season. Stay tuned to our Facebook page and website for information on City Worship!
City Worship is a ministry of E49 Corp. It offers worshippers an opportunity to collaborate as they gather together as one regional body in Christ. We would love for you to join us in the fall season, in an environment open to unique expressions of worship and biblical worship to God!
