The sinking of the Lusitania
The sinking of Lusitania was terrible. Some interesting facts about the Lusitania is that about 1,260 people died when it sank. There were about 761 people survived the sinking only to die shortly after because of starvation, weather and the cold Atlantic ocean while they waited to be rescued.

Willam was the very last Capitan to go on the Lusitania. Willlam was 76 years old when he died.
