Ann Arbor 200 Video Submissions
Ann Arbor is turning 200! To honor this milestone, a kick-off celebration is being planned for January 19, 2024. Event organizer, Destination Ann Arbor, is planning to cap off the evening with a video compilation of AAPS students K-12 sharing their thoughts on any one of these three questions: 1. What do you love most about living in Ann Arbor? 2. What is your favorite thing to do in Ann Arbor? 3. What do you think Ann Arbor will look like in 100 years? Each video submission should be 5-10 seconds in length. No fancy recording software is needed - a clip from your smartphone is perfect. Video can be submitted following this link: https://www.annarbor.org/bicentennial-upload/ More information is available here.

PTO News
Message from the PTO President
Happy Friday Dolphins,
This fall has flown by, can you believe there is only one week left of school before winter break? We hope that you have lots of fun next week with the spirit days that the student lighthouse team has come up with! As always, participation is completely optional but it is a fun way to celebrate the last week of school before break! There will also be holiday parties in the classrooms next Friday so be on the look out for communication from your teachers and room parents about those events!
Have a great weekend,
Hallie
