Marysville Memo
September 2021
Principal's Message
We are off to a great start this year. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to hear those beautiful voices of our students. They are indeed rock stars, remembering all the COVID safety protocols, wearing their masks, keeping distanced, washing hands, etc. Thank you for remembering to screen your child(ren) every morning and keeping them home if they have any symptoms on the screener. If they have symptoms, your child needs to isolate until they receive a negative COVID-19 test OR they receive an alternative diagnosis by a health care professional, OR it has been 10 days since their symptom onset. All household members who are not fully immunized are required to isolate until one of these happen - this means that siblings will need to stay home also if not fully immunized.
We'd like to extend a warm Marysville welcome to Mr. Bencze, as planning time teacher, and Mme Brock, as our French teacher. We are also happy to say that Danielle is back as our caretaker! A big welcome to our new students, Adam in Gr. 8, Kiana in Gr. 4 and Raelynn in JK! You are going to love our little school with the biggest heart!
Let's have a great year everyone!
