In order to have a successful launch in Austin, Creative Circle must balance booking business from medium and large local employers willing to trust you with their recruiting needs and collect a sufficient pool of high-quality creative talent to fill the accounts won.
  • Community Outreach Development and Management
  • Research target audience and where they congregate
  • Join those discussions and contribute meaningfully around the topics and product
  • Set up and promote Sequence L user groups (forums)
  • Set up early-adopter program
  • Promote topics and discussions within forums for your target market
  • Reputation Management: Monitor ratings and comments online and responses from TMT
  • Work with TMT to set up webinars
  • Create 1 case study/month based from proof points
  • Work with TMT to develop topics to discuss (i.e., via the blog) or examples to show (i.e., via demo video) on managing and scaling technology deployment to the market

  • Develop 1-2 articles and 1-2 newsletters/month and send to developer network

  • Parlay TMT's users success stories into case studies and media opportunities
  • Position Sequence L in the market as a unique language and solution, differentiating it from the competition and current languages
  • Put Sequence L and its message in front of all the potential users who would recognize their need for the product
  • Develop topics and publish regularly scheduled blogs
  • Develop articles and newsletters
  • Email marketing campaigns and management
  • Script and production of film videos*
  • Interview users and write testimonials
  • Review and analyze the customer experience
  • Copywriting and editing on any existing materials on an as-needed basis
  • Develop surveys for customers and user groups to obtain results of TMT’s technology

  • Develop corporate messaging: Identify the audiences and where they get their information from, and tailor specific messages to each audience
  • Develop the company's "story" - this is what gets the media interested in featuring your company
  • Develop any taglines, buzzwords, and other reputational devices to promote Sequence L's differentiation in the market
  • Write press releases*
  • Promote the company as an interesting guest on panels and as a speaker at conferences
  • Social media strategy, messaging, execution and maintenance
  • Promote TMT to local, regional and national press - print, radio, magazines, blogs, newspapers, online media
  • Collect testimonials and package them for promotional purposes
  • Research events and pitch founders for speaking opportunities
  • Map out Editorial Calendars and promote TMT's story to editors
  • Develop database of awards and apply the company for applicable industry awards
