The 2022 - 2023 School Year starts next week! We can't wait to see and hear all the students in the building. Enjoy this last long weekend before the start of school.

This year lunch at HAS we will be returning to point of purchase for buying lunch. Students will be able to order their lunch as they walk through the line in the cafeteria. To pay for lunch, students can pay with cash or you can set up an account that allows you to put money on their student account. For more information about the payschoolscentral program click here. Riding to School

Many students ride their bikes to school. Bike racks are located by exit 13, near the back parking lot, and by the playground. If students choose to ride a bike or scooter to school, they must do the following:

1. Wear a helmet.

2. Make sure that they lock up their bike or scooter outside.

3. Obey all traffic laws and not ride in the parking lot.

Below are the locations for the entry doors.

Middle School entry is 8:00. On the first day of school, Middle School students will report to their homeroom at the start of the day.

Elementary entry is 8:40. Elementary students will be greeted by their teacher at their grade level door and walked into the building by their teacher.

Parking Lot Safety

During morning arrival and afternoon pick up please make sure you are alert, driving slowly, and looking before driving in and out of the parking lot. Many students and parents walk to and from school and are crossing the street using the crosswalks. Even if you are running late it is imperative that you take your time and proceed with caution to ensure the safety of all. Thank you all for helping to keep everyone safe.
