Summer Open House & Medication Drop Off
Our self-guided tour and medication drop-off are today, Tuesday, August 24th, from 3:40 pm to 5:20 pm. Please reach out to our main office if you have not preselected a time (856) 423-0613.
Under Executive Order 251, all staff, students, and visitors must wear a mask indoors in our school buildings.

First Day of School
The first day of school is a full day. School begins at 8:40 AM. Students may begin entering the building at 8:25 AM. Preschool times are listed below.
On the first day of school, our Beginner students will proceed to the gym or cafeteria where they will be met by school staff to assist them in locating their homeroom teacher or aide and classroom. Staff will guide and assist students in becoming familiar with arrival procedures and routines as they begin the year.
Teacher Assignments
Homeroom teacher assignments and student schedules will be available in the parent portal on August 27th. If you need assistance with your parent portal login, please contact the school’s main office. Portal log ins will be sent home through email communication on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.
When you log-in to the portal, you will be asked to confirm your contact information and read some important documents before accessing your child's homeroom information. If you need assistance with your parent portal login, please contact the school’s main office at 856-423-0613.
As a reminder, the 2021-2022 portal is not open yet. If your student is new to the district this year, the portal will not work until it opens for this school year until August 27, 2021.
Beginner, First Grade, and Second Grade Arrival
Bus
All buses will unload students using the Bus Lane. Students will exit and proceed directly to his or her classroom. Only buses will be permitted to use the bus lane.
All students will proceed to the gym door entrance.
First and second-grade students will report directly to their homerooms.
Beginner students will meet their teachers in the gym.
Parent Drop-Off
Students will exit in the lane by our front entry.
Students will be directed into the building in one of two doors based on location.
Parents and guardians are requested to enter the parking lot from Quaker Road when dropping off students in the morning beginning at 8:25 AM.
Students must exit from the passenger side of the car.
Once your car is in park, students may exit the car on the passenger side and enter at the closest of our two entry doors.
First and second-grade students will report directly to their homerooms.
Beginner students will meet their aide in the cafeteria.
Non-Transport Students
Students may enter from Quaker Road and walk in to our front doors.
First and second-grade students will report directly to their homerooms.
Beginner students will meet their aide in the cafeteria.
Beyond the Bell
Guardians should park behind Jeffrey Clark School for Beyond the Bell entry and exit.
First and second-grade students will report directly to their homerooms at 8:25 AM.
Beginner students will meet their aide in the cafeteria at 8:25 AM.
Four exit points will be designated with hornet signs. Once your car is in park, students may exit the car on the passenger side and enter at the closest of our two entry doors. Please see the attached map for visual reference.
Mickle students may exit the car from the Clark drop-off and walk over to Mickle along our sidewalk.

Beginner, First Grade, and Second Grade Dismissal
Bus
Bus students will be dismissed from their homerooms according to their bus number.
Students will line up by bus number in our gym prior to bus entry.
Students will walk up the bus lanes and safely board the bus.
Parent Pick-Up
If you plan to pick your child up from school, please meet your child at the designated exterior grade level location. Please see the attached map for visual reference.
Older Clark siblings may stand outside the younger sibling's classroom and follow the younger sibling’s classroom to the exterior location for efficiency and safety.
Please have your ID ready for our teaching staff.
Beyond the Bell
Beyond the Bell students will report to the cafeteria at dismissal.
Beyond the Bell students will be picked up through our cafeteria entrance.
Parents who plan to make alternative dismissal plans for a child scheduled to ride the bus home MUST complete the Change in Dismissal Form to ensure we have a record of your child’s dismissal plan.
Beyond the Bell students will be supervised and escorted to the cafeteria at dismissal.
Mickle students may meet his or her sibling at the designated Clark grade level location following along our sidewalk.
Parents who plan to make alternative dismissal plans for a child scheduled to ride the bus home MUST complete a Change of Dismissal Form to ensure we have a record of your child’s dismissal plan.

Student Spacing
LUNCH/CAFETERIA SERVICES

Lunch and Recess Rotations
Students will also enjoy recess with grade level peers.
To maximize distancing and spacing while eating, grade levels will play and eat in two sessions, 25 minutes each. Four to five classes will eat together or play together and then rotate to the cafeteria or playground to eat or play.
